Danish Prodata Consult is announcing that they have entered into a strategic partnership with the Swedish provider of tech and management consultants, Sourcing Network.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction was made for a majority shareholding in Sourcing Network, whose owners simultaneously join ProData Consult’s ownership circle.
ProData Consult’s Growth
ProData Consult, founded in 1994 and led by CEO Søren Rode, provides high-end business and IT consultants to its clients and has a hefty network of IT specialists. Prodata Consult had a turnover of 960 million Danish Kroner in 2018.
”The partnership will allow Sourcing Networks owners to further develop the business and draw on ProData Consult's experience and organization”, ProData Consult writes in their press release.
“We are pleased to have found the right strategic partner in ProData Consult, which is known for providing high quality. They are undergoing an exciting development focusing on international growth, and we look forward to joining that journey," says Alex Kouchmeshki, co-founder of Sourcing Network.
Sourcing Network is expected to generate sales of more than 300 million Swedish Kronor in 2019. As an additional result of the collaboration, Sourcing Network's customers gain access to specialist profiles locally and onsite. At the same time, Sourcing Network will offer both customers and consultants advanced technological support of all processes in one of the strongest IT platforms in the market.
“Sourcing Network has created a reputable and strong company with good prospects in the Swedish market for business and IT consulting services. The partnership ensures us a good market position and the opportunity to raise the offer to the Swedish customers”, says Søren Rode, CEO of ProData Consult.
The Sourcing Network continues unchanged and under the same brand, as does the day-to-day management, ProData Consult and Sourcing Network state in a press release.
